Machinery update
Always pursuing the road of greater competitiveness and continuous improvement, we made a new investment by buying 2 new Battenfeld presses to further rejuvenate our fleet. This allows us to exploit all the technological improvements of the new presses.
The choice has also touched on the environmental aspect, in fact one of the two new machines is completely electric, bringing to 5 the total of completely electric presses we own. This gives us the possibility to significantly reduce both energy consumption and a lower Co2 emission of about 50% compared to the replaced machines and the noise produced during the molding, thus improving the working environment.

The investments decided and approved over the last months of 2015 convinced us to continue with the electric machines buying our forth Toyo machine.
This choice continues to pursue our environmental sustainability goal, since it leads to a lower energy consumption and an approximately 50 % reduction in Co2 emission levels as compared to the replaced machines.

Our precise aim is to reduce environmental impact to the absolute minimum, paying constant attention to the correct disposal of industrial waste.
